Although it is optional to set up an account, Catch The Fire Resources strongly recommends that you set up an account when placing your order. A customer account allows Catch The Fire Resources to store order history and shipping status.
Shipping rates and time frame
Shipping rates and time frames are subject to items shipped, shipping destination and your choice of carrier. We suggest that customers choose the option which will offer the best value to them.
Order processing may be delayed due to:

Holidays - When ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to be processed.

Weekly Order Processing Schedule - Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Product description
Catch The Fire Resources attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Catch The Fire Resources is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our Web site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Undeliverable Packages
On occasion packages are returned as "undeliverable". In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges). If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. However, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.
