Replacement of damaged or defective items
Catch The Fire Resources can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Refunds and returns must be pre-approved by Catch The Fire Resources staff.

Returning items (including gifts)
Refunds and returns must be approved by Catch The Fire Resources staff.

Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any of the items to Catch The Fire Resources according to the following stipulations:

• All returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase, for example receipt.

• Defective items will be replaced free of charge. Items that have not been cared for properly by the customer are not considered defective.
• We will not refund opened media products. This includes CD and DVD. Returned media items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.
• If you have a CD/DVD that is not working properly and after testing we find it defective then it will be replaced by the same item only. We require at least 24 hours after receiving the item to test the CD or DVD on our machines. We will contact you within the next business day with our results, with the exception of conferences or holidays.
• Opened shrink-wrapped products will not be refunded.
• Returns of books are allowed only with a receipt if they are in resell-able shape. For example, books must not be dog-eared, bent, warped or stained.

• All product packaging materials - including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials in the original shipment - must be returned with your merchandise.

Please not that we cannot refund or exchange opened items, items returned more that 30 days past delivery or items not accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase unless prior written permission has been given by Catch The Fire Resources staff. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Catch The Fire Resources.

Refunds
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return. There will be no refund on shipping costs.
